We have already discussed this in our text chat.  You were quite clear that an error had occurred, and that multi-buy discounts should not apply for two separate transactions.  You have deliberately tried to confuse the issue with this response, which is a denial of a problem where one clearly exists.


It is another Ebay Lie.  This is not an acceptable response, and I wish to complain about it officially.

I did indeed email back four clear screenshots of the transactions the very same day.  They will not be displayed here to preserve my customers' privacy.  The response from Roshni V. of ebay Customer Support by 17-JUN-2020 was precisely nothing.  Another unprofessional person hiding behind a partial name, operating from way overseas.
